"Needed to edit this review. Policy was canceled. I verbally and in writing asked for the documentation for the reasons. I never received anything. Unfortunately like most insurance companies it feels like a scam. Make sure to shop around."

I wanted to share that Eliza spoke with you on February 12th to explain the cancellation date and reason, and she also emailed you the official letter from State Farm that same day. Then on February 18th, Kyla stopped by to gather more info about the roof issues and connected with Eliza again. We want to make sure you feel heard and supported, so I’ve reached out separately and would love to connect whenever you’re available. "I've been a life long customer of State farm and recently I made a huge move from Chicago to Nashville. I decided to update my insurance info to the Nashville area as well. Mr. Hardin's office was close to me and Eliza helped me initially with transferring my insurance information and she was Awesome. I later met the rest of the staff and it felt like family. Southern hospitality is real. Mr. Hardin helped me out with some of my documents and he to made me feel real comfortable. Everyone was extremely professional and I'm excited about continuing my relationship with Mr. Hardin's office and State farm."

"I was quoted $53 on the phone. I drove 15 miles the next day to get the policy. The quote increased to $59. The agent Kelsie should have contacted me. The receptionist would not allow me to see Kelsie because she said customers are not allowed in the basement! The receptionist was trying to sell me more coverage. After sitting in the office for 15 minutes, Kellie comes upstairs. I left. They were very unprofessional. I would not recommend William Hardin State Farm. William Kelsie called me at 4:45 with a quote of $53. She did not mention that this quote included a multi-line discount. I am not a homeowner! I called back at 4:55. I asked Eliza to have Kelsie call me. Kelsie said she will call me back in the A.M. l arrived at 9AM. Elizabeth would not allow me to talk with Kelsie and tired to sell me more coverage! Kelsie came upstairs but she didn't mention multi-line. She needs to be trained. She wasted my time. I went to another State Farm agent that was very helpful and professional"

When Kelsie provided the initial quote over the phone, it included a multi-line discount that applies when you combine your homeowner's policy with your auto insurance. Before she could confirm all the details with you, the call ended unexpectedly, so some information wasn’t fully finalized. Because of that, when you came in, Eliza pulled up the quote you had started online, which didn’t include that discount. Since you chose not to multi-line, the final quote was $6 higher than the original one Kelsie provided. We always strive to provide accurate and clear quotes and to treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. I apologize that this process was confusing and didn’t meet your expectations. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. We also try to make things as easy and comfortable as possible by not asking customers to go down the stairs unless necessary. Eliza, who’s right near the front door, is fully licensed and able to assist you just like Kelsie, and she was there to help you quickly and smoothly. Please feel free to call our office and ask for me personally (William) if you’d like to discuss this further. I’m happy to help and want to make sure you’re taken care of. "Having State Farm makes it really easy to make changes, add vehicles, etc. I can do it from the app but also, when I call the office, a real person answers the phone and provides immediate customer service that I appreciate so much."
