When Kelsie provided the initial quote over the phone, it included a multi-line discount that applies when you combine your homeowner's policy with your auto insurance. Before she could confirm all the details with you, the call ended unexpectedly, so some information wasn’t fully finalized. Because of that, when you came in, Eliza pulled up the quote you had started online, which didn’t include that discount. Since you chose not to multi-line, the final quote was $6 higher than the original one Kelsie provided. We always strive to provide accurate and clear quotes and to treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. I apologize that this process was confusing and didn’t meet your expectations. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. We also try to make things as easy and comfortable as possible by not asking customers to go down the stairs unless necessary.
